Dental Implant Cost in Jordan 2026: What Really Drives the Price?

Dental implant cost in Jordan is one of the most common questions we get, and one of the most confusingly answered. One ad quotes a very low figure, another clinic quotes double, and both can be telling the truth. That’s because an “implant price” isn’t a single number. It’s the sum of several items that change from case to case.

This guide breaks the price into its parts: what a quote usually includes and what gets added, how the implant brand, the crown and the state of your bone affect the total, and which questions protect you from surprises once treatment has started.

The short answer

Published Amman prices for an implant with surgery start at roughly 300 JOD for Korean systems and reach about 1,200 JOD for Swiss systems. The crown is usually extra, at around 200 to 400 JOD, plus any bone graft or sinus lift your case needs. That is why your actual cost can’t be known before an exam and X-rays.

How much is a single implant in Jordan?

The clearest recent figures come from a 2026 guide published by ClinicsJo, which groups prices by implant manufacturer tier:

Implant tier Approximate price, implant with surgery
Korean (e.g. Dentium, Osstem) 300 to 500 JOD
German (e.g. Camlog, BEGO) 600 to 800 JOD
Swiss (e.g. Straumann, Nobel) 700 to 1,200 JOD
Crown on the implant 200 to 400 JOD extra

These are guide figures, not quotes. Dental fees in Jordan are also regulated by the Jordan Dental Association, which sets a minimum and maximum for each procedure; see the regulations page on the JDA website.

What does an implant price include?

When someone tells you “an implant costs X”, ask straight away: what does X include? A complete single-tooth implant actually has four parts:

  • The implant: the titanium root placed in the bone.
  • The abutment: the connector between implant and crown, often priced separately.
  • The crown: the visible tooth itself, frequently not part of the advertised price.
  • Extra procedures: imaging, bone grafting or a sinus lift, only when needed.

Many of the gaps between quotes simply come from one quote covering the implant alone and another covering a finished tooth you can chew with.

6 factors that move the cost

1. The implant brand

The biggest single factor. A Swiss implant can cost two to two and a half times a Korean one. The difference isn’t how it looks; it’s the depth of long-term research behind the system, the availability of parts years later, and manufacturing precision.

2. Your bone

With enough bone, the implant goes straight in. If the jaw has shrunk after an old extraction, a bone graft may be needed first, adding cost and time. That is why any honest plan starts with a panoramic X-ray.

3. Sinus lift

Upper back teeth sit close to the sinus, where the bone can be thin. Raising the sinus floor makes room for the implant. It’s a common procedure, but it is a separate line on the bill.

4. Crown material

Zirconia crowns usually cost more than porcelain-fused-to-metal, but they look more natural and suit teeth that show when you smile.

5. Number of implants

Replacing one tooth is a different job from replacing a whole arch. When many teeth are missing, a fixed bridge on a few implants can cost less than one implant per tooth.

6. What your mouth needs first

Decay elsewhere or gum disease has to be treated before implant surgery, because an implant in an unhealthy mouth is at risk. Those costs aren’t part of the implant, but they are part of the plan.

Is the cheapest implant a good deal?

Not necessarily bad, not necessarily good. A mid-priced implant from a well-known manufacturer can be an excellent choice for a straightforward case. Problems start when a low price comes from skipping diagnosis, using an obscure system whose parts are hard to find later, or leaving out follow-up.

A successful implant can last twenty years or more. Spread over that time, the gap between two quotes shrinks a lot, especially compared with the cost of an implant that fails and has to be removed and redone.

Questions to ask before accepting a quote

  • Does the price include the implant, abutment and crown, or the implant only?
  • Which manufacturer is the implant from, and are its parts available in Jordan?
  • Do I need a bone graft or sinus lift, and how much does that add?
  • Which crown material do you recommend, and why?
  • Are follow-up visits included?
  • What happens if the implant doesn’t integrate?

How we price implants at Zoom Dental Clinic

We don’t quote before an examination. Not to dodge the question, but because any number before X-rays is a guess. Our process is simple:

  1. A clinical exam and X-rays to assess bone, nerves and sinuses.
  2. An explanation of the options for your case, including alternatives such as a bridge.
  3. A written plan with items, cost and timeline before you commit to anything.

Dr. Mohammad Hatamleh focuses on implants and oral surgery at our clinic. To see each step from X-ray to crown, read the dental implant process, or visit our dental implants in Tabarbour page. If you’re comparing implants with a bridge on cost and lifespan, read dental implant vs bridge.

Dental implant cost in Jordan: frequently asked questions

How much is a single dental implant in Jordan?

Recent Jordanian sources publish approximate prices for an implant with surgery of 300 to 1,200 JOD depending on the manufacturer, with the crown usually 200 to 400 JOD extra. Your actual price is set after an exam and X-rays.

Why do implant prices vary so much between clinics?

Because of the implant brand, what the price includes, whether you need a bone graft or sinus lift, the crown material, and the level of diagnosis and follow-up.

Does the implant price include the crown?

Often not. Many quotes cover the implant and surgery only, with the abutment and crown charged later. Always ask for the full price up to the finished tooth.

How much does a bone graft add?

It depends on the size of the graft and the material used, and can’t be estimated before X-rays. Your dentist will tell you whether you need one at all.

Is an implant more expensive than a bridge?

An implant usually costs more upfront, but some long-term studies found implants can be more cost-effective over many years because they don’t involve the neighbouring teeth.
